Leadership & Governance
While the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ charter vested the legal authority and responsibility for the College in the Board of Trustees, governance of the College is shared among many constituencies. Faculty, staff, and students have important roles to play in planning and decision-making, and their work, together with that of the administration and board, moves us steadily toward our vision for the future of the College. This sense of partnership and shared values has allowed ºìÐÓÊÓƵ to consistently achieve ever-greater excellence.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees, which convened for the first time on May 8, 1823, is charged with preserving Trinity’s mission.
Executive Leadership Team
Division leaders constitute this senior administrative team at the College.
Faculty
A strong organization of faculty committees is at the core of the faculty’s work to govern itself and help advance the College.
Students serve on standing committees and in numerous other ways collaborate with faculty, administrators, and staff in the work of the College.
Staff Councils
Two staff councils provide employees with opportunities to engage directly in college governance.
